By accessing and using Neurocline's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Neurocline provides AI-powered lead generation services that identify and qualify potential customers for businesses. Our services include:

• Lead discovery through multiple advertising channels
• Lead qualification using proprietary AI algorithms
• Social network integration and analysis
• Real-time analytics and reporting

3. Qualification Process

Not all businesses qualify for our premium lead generation service. We reserve the right to:

• Review and approve all applications
• Decline service to businesses that don't meet our criteria
• Terminate service if quality standards are not maintained

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing model is performance-based:

• No setup fees or monthly minimums
• Payment only for qualified leads as defined in your service agreement
• Pricing varies by advertising channel: $40-$60 per qualified lead
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria established in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, you will not be charged for that lead.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, software, and methodologies used in our lead generation process remain the intellectual property of Neurocline. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neurocline's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ector County, Texas.
